Tom moderated a panel made up of operators & suppliers that will explore ways to improve how suppliers present their suggestions to their most important customers.   CM Profit has been conducting research on this topic for over eleven years and this marquis panel highlighted the service “gaps” that exist and provide suppliers with solutions they can incorporate in order to improve beverage alcohol productivity.

Tom spent 16 years in the beverage alcohol industry on both the distributor and supplier sides of the business. The bulk of his career has been in the areas of retail Category Management and National Accounts.

As managing partner of CM Profit Group, Tom works closely with distributors and suppliers in order to help them better partner and penetrate retail.  The foundation of CM Profit Group is their annual Partnering Report where they identify what on and off premise operators want from their vendors and provide suppliers with a game plan for improvement. Tom has presented every year at the annual NBWA convention since 1999 and is a regular contributor to many beer industry conferences and publications.
